At PureNZ Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or orders placed in error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us investigate the issue, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, consumed, or damaged after delivery.
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened supplements and health products
- Opened food and beverage products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed product fault.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
